I put wild rides battle boxes in my lowers and installed their S-Box for my uppers and had it tied to my roll cage.

At what point is this required. I have heard about it but never given it much thought.

Anytime you put a lot of stress on the boxes. Rcaing on a sticky tire, solid control arm bushings etc. will do that.

Reiters would be my choice also. You'll end up probably paying less and not have to dick around with installing those boxes.

I ripped a set of lowers on a 12 second street car. Running a 26x8 slick and a 5 speed.

with you putting down 500 or whatever it was I WOULD NOT race at the track without it. I wont spray my car at the track until I get reiters to do my frame ties and torque boxes

Reiters is the place to go... Excellent work all the way around... The Autorama cars show the quality of work...
