the chrome is flaking? just tear it off and clean the walls with super clean thats what i did on my old wheel before i got this one. ive only been to belleville one time but it was when i was like 9 and rollerbladed lol

its that black chrome and yea its flaking..ill try that..

yea my old rhynolite rim was doing that i just peeled it and cleaned it. and try to the cool stop eagle 2 red pads or the cool stop mtb half orange/black pads their the best
