Been through St Ignace on that weekend but never actually been to the show. Where is the best place to stay and/or hangout?

During the day of the show itself, they close the street from the top of the hill going into town all the way to the Napa kinda near the ferry boat area. Then you just gotta walk through the show. I suggest going up the hill in the morning. Gets hot and tiring in the afternoon. lol.

Thursday/ Friday people generally just cruise through town. Some lots/ street parking are available to park at if wanted. For places to stay, we've been getting an AirBnB right downtown on the main drag so we can just walk out and watch the cruisers/ car show. A lot of the high HP newer cars stay at the Holiday Inn/ Baymont/ hotels west of town. Lots of burnouts there. There are also several campgrounds as well that people stay at.

There is an Indian Trails at the top of the hill by family fair.

I try to go every year but it seems like I get drug away most years for work or weddings, crap like that. I have stayed at the KOA, nice campground, kid friendly..

I try to make it to the mustang show in Mackinaw City every year and I usually trailer the car behind the motorhome and stay in Mackinaw City KOA. Was thinking if I ever make it to the St. Ignace show I would do the same thing with the St Ignace KOA.
