The 6' might not play a role in the torque spec. The 12" with a 20° bend (swivel adapter) seems like the area to focus on. That i might be able to reenact on a benchvise.
Can you buy a 6' piece of 1" tool steel and machine it? Turn it into a really beefy extension and use a 3/4" universal? At 165 lbft it's not going to wind up much if at all.
Using the lengths of extensions, there was about 11 Ft/lbs difference from a universal swivel compared to omitting the universal swivel.
Using just the torque wrench with socket had no impact to torque value when incorporating the extensions and leaving off just the universal swivel.
