We'll see. Worst case I baby it until I can get a beefier clutch in there (which will probably also be next year as my credit card can't take much more! )

    how much boost?
A gun is like a parachute. If you need one, and don't have one, you'll probably never need one again.

7psi are the springs that came in the wastegates. That produced 502rwhp on the APS trans am they mocked this kit up on. Base engine, upgraded valve springs, etc. I am shooting for something similar. That clutch survives behind the LS7 and I would hope there it a small safety margin for power handling on it. I guess I will find out. There will be other options down the road too (but I can't talk about them on a public forum ).

Today was more little stuff. Finally got the rest of the exhaust off of the car. Took off all of the heat shields to get to the gas tank. Started some of the cutting to get the intercooler in place. What a chore that was! My arms are killing me from swinging a 5lb sledge reworking a small lip. Removed the starter and relocated the ground wire near it. And last but not least removed the stock exhaust manifolds. I am to the point where I need to have some extra hands for any of the next steps (dropping fuel tank, dropping K-Member, installing turbo manifolds, downpipes). So if anyone is around next week after work, I will be in the garage every night! Enjoy today's edition of the pics!
