    thats what i wanted to do from the start, but the only thing i could find that fit the budget for this thing was a stock t5 with some miles on it. It wouldn't make it past one trip to the track with the way I drive.

    I think where most of you have your problems with all of this, is the fact that you really don't fully understand the internal workings and dynamics of the common combustion engine. There is no magic tune up, and motors are stupid. The only time a motor will complain is when something is wrong.

    mine last's 500horse at 7000rpm all the time, iam one of the llucky ones

    i was driving it earlier today, stuck at home right now. is the motor together yet?
