Default Strange Struts for 85 gt?

Do they make Strange Externally Adjustable Mustang Struts for an 85? I can only find for 87 and up. What is the difference? Stroke length or mounting holes?

Also, Does anybody have a set laying around?

you have to machine your spindles or swap out to an 87-93 spindle!

When I bought Lakewood struts for the front of my '86, they included shims for the mounting area. Once I switched over to the '87 &up spindles (bigger brakes) I no longer needed them and not sure what happened to the shims.

The shims were thin, basically a sheetmetal shim. You could try emailing Lakewood and ask about purchasing a set of the shims.
