2004 Ford Mustang MACH 1
20,000 miles and I paid $18,000 for it
So here is the story. First of all I have always loved Mustangs. While browsing for an STi one day I came across this car. Called the lady, talked to her and after a couple days decided to buy it. The reason she was selling was due to buying a 2008 Mustang.
Come to pick the car up in Lima, OH and the lady walks out with her husband. They are a 50-60yr. old couple, SCORE! Remember the 2008 Mustang she bought.. they didn't tell me it was a GT500 Cobra! When she opened the garage I shit myself. The husband retired from Ford and they have owned a Mustang for the past 20 years. They buy a brand new one every 5 or so years.
When I picked her up she had the following mods..
-Steeda STS
-MRT CAI
-MRT cat-back (sounds amazing) still has the cats
-Sequential Tail Lights (they blink from the inside out when you brake or have the turn signal on)
Everything else is factory. Original tires with tons of tread. The catback is still high polished to a mirror finish. This car is MINT. Never seen rain or snow. It's 1 of 1000ish and it's a 40th anniversary.
So far I have..
-Blacked out the Mustang "Pony" in the front grill.
-Window Tint (5% all around and a 35% windshield)
-Shorter antenna
-H&R Super Sport Springs (will be installing those within the next couple days)
Plans.. (just for this summer)
-X pipe (MIL eliminators and o2 extensions)
-18x9 & 18x10 Mustang Bullit wheels (black with polished lip)
-315 rubber out back
-I'd like to have Lidio do a centrifugal S/C setup
My previous vehicle was a 2003 Ford Focus SVT. It was black with Gold wheels. Might have seen it around the Macomb area. It was a built motor on a 50 shot of NX.
