Alright, my questions might be more for you IRS guys. I went back to the track Friday and my car had pretty bad wheel hop. I don't really feel like snapping halfshafts, and I get 0 hop on the streets. I have heard from a few guys that slicks actually are easier on the halfshafts. The theory is you don't get wheel hop and the slick wrinkling absorbes some of the harshness.
The other theory is slicks = mo grip = mo breakage.
Also this winter I am hoping to pick up some shocks. I am thinking of picking up some dual adjustables so I can set it up for drag racing (soft compression and hard rebound in the rear) then put it back to stock or whatever for road course racing. What do you guys think?
