I love the stories of the old street racers. The big cad is sweet, it reminds me of an '70 Electra that was a legend in NY. I'll see if I can dig up that article on my other computer. Daily driver 3 ton buick electra that ran 11s on spray.
It's my fault for making it look so easy.

Wow, i am DEFINITLY way to young to be anywhere near connected to any of this, but i rember growing up seeing the silver bullet at car shows and hearing all kinds of stories about that. Definitly seemed like much cooler times back then with the factorys dumping these parts out to guys to put in cars on the street. thats awesome.

Very cool stuff, i love reading the old stories like his. They had the silver bullet on display during the woodward cruise this year in the Northwood Shopping plaza at 13 and woodward.

The caddy was across the street on display in i think what was the eaton display or at least it was the year before. Both very nice cars.

This is the first time i have heard of the orange crush.

Are you talking about last year or a while back. last year I saw them pull into a store down the street, put 2 and 2 together and got the hell out, just as I hit the turn around they scooted down there and blocked everyone in.
