No but really, a modular 5.4 turbo would be an expensive build. Just do SBF or SBC with a turbo. Either will make power.

Its cheaper to do a turbo 4v than a turbo Windsor.
The real swap is a flat head 4.
Keep it Ford powered. I think a turbo 4.6 4V would be nice.
