Here is an example of a 25.2 cage I am working on right now.
We are completing the car here, but as a roller, with front and rear suspension, wheels/tires, and rear end, you are looking at about $12,000.

yea that's about right!(12000) then another 3-5 K for tin or carbon work, then set up drive line, then front suspension, then fuel and water cells and plumbing, hot and cold work if it's a turbo, installing tabs and plates for electronics, safty items ect. that's how allot of people get stung they are quoted X for a cage which is the easy part and have to pay for everything else that makes a car work!
Put an engine and drive line in wrong and loose 3 tenth's, put bars in the wrong spot car dosent work there's more to it than throwing a kit in a car!
"You didn't Build it" LMFAO isn't that what Oboma said too?
wow that car looked terrible!
