im thinking of minitubbing mine but i dnt kno about my rearend its already built up if i make it shorter would i have to change my axels?

Normally they leave more spline than you need, so you have room to cut them down some. It depends on what type of axle. And yes, they can also be re-splined.

jp and jimmy did the tubs and i forget who did the rear end but he did a killer job on it 9in ends shortened in and braced it and it wasnt bad $ pm or call him he will remember
