Challenger SRT Demon.... That makes no sense other than a stretch to use an old name to grab the attention of old people. The Demon small/mid size car, not the boat that is/was the Challenger.
Probably not, i imagine the transfer case takes up a lot of real estate.
I dont know "Demon Hellcat" sounds badass.

The OG Demon was a compact car, the new one is a bathtub built on the LC platform. It would be better if they put it into a smaller package and saved 700 or 800lb and put it into the same weight category as the Mustang and Camaro. It would be much more noteworthy then. This seems more like a simple rebadge to attract the Baby Boomers.

I don't care for the name either when you say it like that. But I think the people who dislike the name the most would be the one's who grew up with the original car with the Demon nameplate.
I agree when you say it like that it does sound badass.
