Anyone work at Roush in Allen Park? What kind of insight can you give me working for the company?
I'm looking for a job. I might apply. I have 30 years of mechanics experience with Master ASE and state certification.
Anyone?
Thanks

Don't.
Roush 9 is a fucking sweat shop. Assholes stealing tools as soon as you turn your back. Crazy tight working space. It's the least desirable place to work in That company.
Never worked down there but we never knew from one day to another if we were working or laid off
A gun is like a parachute. If you need one, and don't have one, you'll probably never need one again.
agreed to both of these, I was there for 3 months, glad I left, they wanted us to work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no lunch break

Yup went down for the interview just to see what it was like looked like a bread line at the time clock, poorly lit , very dirty and the promise of 7 - 12s - I felt like I needed a shower after I left
