Shipper friends... looking for a quote to have a Yamaha YSR shipped from a residence in Cape Coral, FL to Canton, MI. It’s roughly 64” long, 25” wide, 36” high and 200 lbs. similar to one in the photo.

Those are a blast. Is the owner willing to crate it? You could easily ship it in 3-4 boxes for less than shipping it as a complete bike.
I drove to Toronto to pick up a YSR80 I won off Ebay. It was nothing like the pictures drove back without it.
Yes they are. I have a JDM 80 that I’ve had since 1994 and a US 50 that I picked up last year. The one in FL is a JDM 80. They’re harder to find than any other 80, because not many made it into the US. The market is crazy for these things right now. Unfortunately, they’re worth more in parts than complete so guys are stripping them. I sold a spare set of plastics alone last week for $1,000.
He doesn’t want to crate it.

Fly down and and ride it back
lol
A gun is like a parachute. If you need one, and don't have one, you'll probably never need one again.
Yuuup. Ride that beast with a trail of blue smoke the whole way!

Always wanted a YSR80. I drooled over those things as a kid and should have bought one years ago. Far too expensive for me to justify these days.
1999 Z28. A4. Magnaflow catback and a lid. 60k miles.
Several people on FB gave me names of people to contact and not one returned a call or email, so I used UShip. It will be picked up in FL in 2 weeks.
Man I miss mine. I had the same one back in the day. It was fun at 15 that’s forsure.
