getting a car scaled for proper 4 link set up????

Hello guys i am on the loo for a shop or a fellow that might be able to do the same...i need my car scaled and help with proper 4 link set up.....we are not able to put all the power down
car specs
79 foxbody
408 LS twin turbo made 1000hp to the tires so far not turned up all the way but don't matter cant use it anyways right now..

so im looking for a guy that is capable of doing it or can take it to a recommended shop....any leads is greatly appreciated
