From what I can the converter clutch fails then takes out everything . The material gets in the pump which is actually part of the bell housing . A couple places have found a way to machine the bell to fix them but not many. I’m kinda looking for an older truck and if it has a 6 speed I would pull it and have gone thru or at least put a better converter in.
A gun is like a parachute. If you need one, and don't have one, you'll probably never need one again.
I'm at 191k on my 6L80 in my 09 Escalade. Still pulls my heavy ass trailer with my GN with no issues.

Not sure I posted this one before, but I'm calling it "done" for the time being. Just got some new glass on it. I just need to time the muzzle device and rocksett it.
