I think they will hold out for a while longer. There is still money to be made. The Challenger and Charger are very old technology and would really need a ground-up redesign to stay relevant. It will be easier to come out with a new EV that is a competitor to the Mach-E and Tesla, then probably bring back the Demon (or whatever else) nameplate at a later date. That is my guess, still sad to see the competition go though.

Seriously. Just put that motor in EVERYTHING for a few months. I guarantee you a wait list for every single one they build.
Pay attention everyone, this is the beginning of the end. We are in the greatest horsepower era EVER right now. And it is almost over. Yea, we may get some nice electric stuff. But it will be 20 to 30 years before you can drive an EV to the track, hotlap it, then drive it home. You can do that right now with production cars from every major OEM. And it is about to be HISTORY.
