Default Where to go for small boat rewiring - east side

Anyone have a contact that can do some wiring work on a smaller (I think like 16') 60's Starcraft boat?

My dad is located in Shelby Twp and is having some issues with his - I don't really have time to look into it.

From what I remember, it's something similar to this (this is not the boat, it's an image I found online) - I assume it's fairly simple from a wiring perspective:

The team at Lockemens in downriver are the best Johnson/evinrude people in the state . Or Marc Scoubie at sunsport marine right at 16/ Jefferson (metro beach)
A gun is like a parachute. If you need one, and don't have one, you'll probably never need one again.

Thanks guys - I think he's having some sort of issue with intermittent power to the fuse box, and when he went to mess with it realized the wiring is brittle. I think (not 100% sure) he's looking to have the whole boat rewired if it's economically feasible for him. I'll get some more details from him later this week.
