    Default I'm a lil buzzed and just dont care naymore...

    Heres the new set-up for next year..


    R-block half block filled, 438ci ohio crankshaft built short block
    windsor sr's professionaly ported
    Bennet custom ground cam
    homemade turbo kit (hot and \cold sides)
    percision 88mm BB turbo
    4" single dp and bullet syle muffler prob..
    csu 850 blow thru carb
    windsor jr. intake
    Front mount intercooler 38x18x4
    home made meth injection
    sportsman fogger from nos
    PG w\brake. huges 4500 convertor
    8.8 9"ends 31 splines an a locker (praying axles hold up)

    Wanted to do a tubular front end but prob wont be in the budget..

    Homemade upper and lower control arms.. (the uppers are well I guess u could say diffrent.. something I wanted to try that Jeoffry Fontaine brainstormed when he was racing nmra but they would'nt let him use them)

    homemade anti-roll bar, and my own style battle boxes if u want to call them that

    10 point cage, thru the floor frame ties, mini tub that i'm doing

    new hood fenders, fuel cell\fuel system, and more...

    Pics and write-up to come as the build goes along.


    ALSO I have a second interview for a new job tuesday moring! Wish me luck cuz the only way this will get done for next season is if i get that job! 25k boost in pay!

    I think where most of you have your problems with all of this, is the fact that you really don't fully understand the internal workings and dynamics of the common combustion engine. There is no magic tune up, and motors are stupid. The only time a motor will complain is when something is wrong.

    Sounds like a sweet set-up for sure. With all that money spent, the front suspension really is only a drop in the bucket.

    ya no shit, thats a hell of a motor you are building, I dunno if I would be running some backyard suspension with that kind of power.

    Yeah but im only sitting on about 7k left for this thing and i still have to get a turbo and the lil stuff for the trans and then do a fuel system so its gunna be really close it will have good shocks and springs put on at the least but prob just not a k-memeber and lca's
