Did you lock to lock the rack and center it before attaching the shaft with teh wheel straight?
Yep. Did that with the rack bushings offset and straight. Just going to align it myself at work and see what happens.

Are you trying to use the factory tie rod ends?
Which team z k member did you get? how's it fit? Does it seem pretty sturdy? I'm going to be ordering mine soon.
Just the standard metal matrix. I've put about 200 miles on it so far. It seemed to fit fairly decent. Rear bolts didn't come with washer and IMO they're needed in that location. Only issue I have is the motor mount locating tabs needed to be removed and it's pretty much required to relocate the oil filter. Another thing is the k member hardware kit DOES NOT include rack bolts.

For anybody buying a k member in the future. a bump steer kit is absolutely necessary as the rack mounts are offset to one side resulting in this issue.
Bump from the dead,
Did you NEED the offset rack bushings? could you get away with the stock bushings? Im having a similar issue with mine. I have the bump steer kit, not installed yet though and i can only get 2 turns to the right and almost 4 to the left. been scratching my head
